This small hotel on the edge of the mangrove is located in the Philippines, in Romblon (province) on the island of Romblon, very close to the town of Romblon (phew!). It is run by Germans who take great care of their customers. It is dedicated to diving but not only. In terms of accommodation, the hotel has 5 pavilions, 4 of which are individual. The air-conditioned rooms are spacious, furnished with ample storage and large tables for storing equipment. There are power outlets everywhere. Obviously marble is omnipresent since we are in the marble capital of the Philippines. The restaurant room is located on the first floor of the reception building. The decoration is sober, widely open to the outside with a view of the mangrove. As for the kitchen, David takes care of concocting tasty dishes with what he finds on local markets. Authenticity and gastronomy are there. But be careful, you have to know how to control yourself, otherwise you have to add ballast to dive... When it comes to diving, we are spoiled. The sites are close, 10 to 15 minutes by boat from a port set up in the mangrove. We saw everything we wanted to see and more thanks to our cat-eyed guide! And for the rarities just ask Kati our host, she knows the little world of macro by heart... We spent 3 weeks there last August and were won over by the impeccable organization, permanent smiles and kindness to any test.
